NY Meeting #1 (2 Oct. 2024)

Last week, the AWBJ hosted its first-ever meeting in New York City! We’re happy to report that we have a membership of over 50 incredible female journalists across the US and UK. Our members work at publications in the trade space (PEI, 9fin, Pitchbook…) as well as at larger publications (Bloomberg, the NYT, the WSJ…).

We couldn’t be more proud to have founded this community.The meeting itself was dynamic and energizing, and we walked away with some clear goals for the organization. We have a lot of work to do. But luckily, we’re a hard working bunch. We look forward to future events in New York and London in the coming months! Stay tuned for save-the-dates.
